"Purify" is the angriest song of the band around artist Mariechen Danz and producer Alexander Stolze (Bodi Bill, Dictaphone). Challenging and mad it cmibs up into a threatening attention over a heavy, dragging, seemingly broken beat only to break ground later on in a towards a spindle of release.

"The text is about bringing together the negativity, the anger and the complaint and letting it go," says singer Mariechen Danz. "To purify oneself from it."

Irish-german band UNMAP draws their own sketch of contemporary popmusic. On their debut album "Pressures" the quartett gathered around artist Mariechen Danz and musician Alexander Stolze (Bodi Bill, Dictaphone) mixes driving electro soul, modern R&B, Conscious Hip Hop und deliberately chosen Electronica to gloomy, vibrant chamber pop of disturbing intimacy.
